• Bank account:  Must have business bank account
• Monthly sales:  Minimum monthly deposits of $10,000
• Credit:  Minimum FICO score 500

Application process:

•  Simple one page application (filled out completely)
• 4 Months business bank statements
• 4 Months merchant processing statements (if applicable)
• Drivers license
